Pricing

$7,500

Diamond Package

  • Two days of exclusive access, Friday AND Saturday

  • 3 hours for Rehearsal & Decorating (Friday)

  • 13 hour rental on wedding day, 10:00am-11:00pm (reception ends by 10pm with load out/doors locked by 11pm) or 9:00am-10:00pm (reception ends by 9pm with load out/doors locked by 10pm)

  • 2 hours on campus for engagement or bridal portrait session before wedding day

  • Tables/Chairs included, along with setup & breakdown

  • Linens provided for all tables

  • Access to all decorations in Rafters inventory

  • Maximum of 200 guests

Emerald Package

  • Available Friday OR Saturday

  • 13 hour rental on wedding day, 10:00am-11:00pm (reception must end by 10pm, with load out/doors locked by 11pm)

  • 1 hour for rehearsal on weekday prior to wedding based on availability (Monday-Thursday)

  • 2 hours on campus for engagement or bridal portrait session before wedding day

  • Tables/Chairs included, along with setup & breakdown

  • Maximum of 175 guests

Ruby Package

  • 8 hour rental period on wedding day (you choose your 8 hours to begin no later than 2pm)

  • 1 hour for rehearsal on weekday to be determined based on availability (Monday-Thursday)

  • 2 hours on campus for engagement or bridal portrait session before wedding day

  • Tables/Chairs included, along with setup & breakdown

  • Up to 150 guests

Please Note:

We are pleased to offer the convenience of our in-house caterer, Flyin Lion, for your reception. There is a $1,000 fee if using outside catering. All caterers must be licensed and insured.

Micro Weddings and Elopements

Available Sunday-Thursday (Friday-Saturday iwedding date is within 120 days of booking)

Onsite Venue Manager

A campus representative will be available for your full rental duration to help coordinate onsite venue logistics. The Venue Manager does not perform the duties of a professional event planner or wedding director. The Venue Manager is present to assist in the functions’ logistics, protect the campus buildings and grounds, and act as a liaison between renter’s vendors and venue staff. For your benefit, and in the interest of a smooth, successful day, we do require you hire a professional day of coordinator/wedding director.
